6th Middlesex: most of Framingham (Question #6)

7th Middlesex: Ashland and southeast Framingham (Question #5)

8th Middlesex: Holliston, Hopkinton, Southborough, and eastern Westborough (Question #5)

Metro- Southwest

10th Worcester: Milford, Mendon, Hopedale, western Medway (Question #5)

10th Norfolk: Franklin and eastern Medway (Question #5, except Franklin - #6)

South of Boston:

8th Norfolk: Sharon, Southeast precinct of Walpole, southern Stoughton (Question #5, except Walpole, Pcts. 3 & 4 - #6)

6th Norfolk: Canton, Avon, northern Stoughton (Question #5)

10th Plymouth:  Brockton (western section) West Bridgewater, part of East Bridgewater (Question #5)


10th Suffolk: West Roxbury and southwestern part of Brookline (separate town) (Question #6)

Which districts voted on this question in 2012?

The following map shows districts that had the Democracy Amendment question on their ballots in 2012.  The question passed overwhelmingly in every district where it appeared, with an average of 79% support.

The map also shows localities that have passed town resolutions, or equivalent measures, calling for a Democracy Amendment.
